This title works well with Workout sessions, or anything that involves physical exercise or any kindof transformation or anything that requires hardwork and struggle.

What about sex? Sex is also a kindof physical exercise, it do burn out calories.

We have been told by almost everyone that during sex we feel a lot of pain.
Pain that is sometimes also referred as Sweet pain, because that pain is loved by all.

But the fact is that during sex yes it pains. But does it pains alot or just a minimal popping pain.

One of my friend was discussing with me that, I haven’t even thought of having sex, because it really pains alot.

But how does my friend know that it pains during sex, she doesn’t have had sex yet.
It’s all because she’s been told that it pains alot.

Sometimes its all psychological, if you are told in the childhood that you have ghost under your bed, then yes you will see that ghost even if we all know that ghost doesn’t exist.

Similarly you have been told that it pains during sex, so you will surely feel the pain, even if you didn’t felt.
Instead of focusing on your love making process you will focus on pain, and this ruins everything.

So then what is the truth?

I am not saying here it doesn’t pain, yes It pains but it depends on some factors.

Majority of times it has been seen that people experience bad sex or painful sex because of their sexual partner.

If you have a good sex partner then it might be possible you’ll feel no pain or comparatively less pain.

Sex is not just about releasing your sperm out and impregnate your partner or just fucking your partner.
Sex is alot more than that. Sex is love making. You and your partner get close to each other, it’s an intimate process.
It involves exchange of feelings, liquids, communication etc.

People who make love, out of intimate feeling experience alot less pain, instead of those who perform sex to just have sex.

Communication is utmost important during sex. Communication doesn’t necessarily mean talking to each other during sex. Communication also involves telling your partner what do you want during sex or what do you like during sex, or just telling if you are doing right thing or not. And these are not necessarily communicated through words or talking but also through actions, Expressions.

People with better communication during sex experience less pain. Because they tell to each other what they like and what they don’t prefer.

Every body is different, from each other. Some men have tiny penis, some have average, some have big and some have huge.
Or if I talk about ladies, every vagina is different. We all have seen it. Need not to go in that detail.
So my point here is, if a huge penis person is having sex with a female who is virgin or who is not so sexually active or whose vagina is not that open definitely yes it may pain more. But also not necessarily because we have already read above, that you have various factors.

Well lubricated vagina or penis likely to cause less pain during sex. It’s simple science friction plays a key role during sex. If vagina or penis is not lubricated well it may cause more pain.

Now we’ll not go deep into lubrication here, as it is all there on Internet.

Oh you don’t have a hymen that means you are not a virgin, oh no, so that means you had sex. Oh gosh but you haven’t had sex till now, so why is your hymen not there?

Relax girls, hymen is just a tissue that usually gets ruptured during vaginal sex.
But due to increase of sports enthusiasts and workout and dance female tend to rupture their hymen even if they didn’t had sex.
Hymen can be ruptured during sports, dancing or any other physical exercise that involves spreading of legs and physical tasks.

Female with hymen, tend to feel more pain when they have sex because technically your tissue is getting damaged or ruptured so you will feel some kindof pain, as hymen is a kindof hinderence inside a vagina or in simple terms is like a speed breaker.
And you drive slow when there’s a speed breaker, so if your partner is a good driver he will slow down his penis and slowly he will drive his car through your hymen you may feel less pain, considering all the above factors as well.

It is well known fact that anything which is done on regular basis or daily or which is overdone at times, the marginal utility of that activity will be reduced.

Similarly people with high sex frequency feel less pain
Because for them sex is just another daily chore.

So then what’s the conclusion of all this.

Wherever there is physical exercise there will be some or the other kindof pain involved.

But pain during sex depends on various factors that we have talked about above.

Rather than focusing on Pain, focus more on communicating with your partner. Focus more on your love making process. Focus more on love.
Ok in the case of One Night stands focus more on satisfying your partner, word of Mouth is very powerful, your next One Night stand depends on it.

People are so afraid of pain that they don’t have sex with their partner, even after they get married. They are ok with the councelling of adopting a child but are not ready to go to councelling for having sex.

Never ever get afraid of sex, unless it’s non consensual sex.

Sex or love making is an art. Do not complicate it with the fear of pain.

I was very much in love 😍 with this gentleman…

So not more than the ordinary..

I actually had a very good orgasm.. that put me in very blissful ecstasy..

So I don’t remember any pain apart from that first orgasm..
it was the one I ever had..
        I was soaring so high…

And I know not many women experience a orgasm their first time..

But I was so ready.. and want so much to have that experience
